All New Zealand postage is delivered by NZ Post. Overnight/next day courier is available for New Zealand orders upon request and will incur additional charges. International postage will be charged at actual cost and confirmed by email before the goods are sent. All international parcel orders are shipped International Airmail Postage
To make a claim on any parcel that is posted within New Zealand and is damaged on delivery you must notify Sharon at Waitomo Sew Worms within seven days of receiving your parcel.
If a parcel is not delivered we can claim via NZ Post for non-delivery.
However, NZ Post will not be liable for parcels posted for delivery within New Zealand unless you notify us, in the case of non-delivery, within 14 days of receiving your shipping email.
Or for overseas parcels 28 days in the case of non-delivery of any international postal item.
